Eco Recycling issued a corrigendum to its April 3, 2026 postal ballot notice for a ₹12.24 crore preferential issue of convertible warrants.
The corrigendum adds a note on the record date and provides detailed utilization plans for proceeds: ₹5 crore each for land/building and machinery, ₹2.24 crore for general corporate purposes.
It discloses post-issue shareholding pattern showing promoter holding dilution from 73.35% to 73.23% upon full warrant conversion.
BSE required the revisions via an observation letter dated April 20, 2026, and members can modify votes until May 3, 2026.
