Scrutinizer SAP & Associates confirmed the voting process and results, with 14 shareholders casting 14,154,116 valid votes, all in favor of the resolution.
The company fulfilled its regulatory obligation under SEBI LODR Regulation 44(3) by intimating the stock exchange of the successful voting outcome.
