ECS Biztech Reappoints Vijay Mandora as Managing Director

ECS Biztech's board reappointed Mr. Vijay Mansinhbhai Mandora as Managing Director for a 3-year term, effective April 1, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
The reappointment, effective April 1, 2026, was approved by the board on April 6, 2026, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
Mr. Mandora, a promoter and founder with over 35 years in IT and telecom, will continue as Managing Director, pending shareholder approval.
