This electronic distribution method is being used because shareholders' email IDs were not registered with the Depositories or with the Company/Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited, as of the cut-off date of August 28, 2026.
Shareholder Requests & Regulatory Compliance
Shareholders holding physical securities are requested to dematerialize them.
