Claim Settlement Performance
Edelweiss Life Insurance announced that its claim settlement ratio (CSR) for the financial year 2025‑26 reached 99.31%, the highest level in the company’s history and the fourth consecutive year the CSR has stayed above the 99% threshold. The insurer also reported zero claim pendency, meaning every claim received during FY26 was fully resolved within the same year.
Speed of Payouts – Insta‑Claims Initiative
Through its Insta‑Claims programme, the insurer settled 84 % of eligible claims within 24 hours of receipt, enabling beneficiaries to obtain funds quickly during emotionally challenging periods.
