Eeshanya Infraa was honoured with the ‘Iconic – Real Estate Developer’ award at the Times Business Awards 2026, held on 30 September 2026 at the Novotel Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC). The ceremony was attended by Chief Guest K. T. Rama Rao, MLA, and senior company executives including Managing Partner R. Mahaveer, Vice‑President Marketing Mohammed Hussain and Vice‑President Sales Rathan Mahesh.

Current Projects and Expansion
The company’s present residential focus is on West Hyderabad, especially the Velimela‑Kollur corridor. Its flagship ongoing development, Miliarium, is a 299‑home community comprising 3‑ and 4‑BHK units spread over 2.5 acres in Velimela.
