EFC (I) Limited incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, EFC Estate Wakadewadi 3 Private Limited, on May 6, 2026.
The subsidiary was incorporated with an initial capital of ₹1,000 for 100 equity shares, all held by the parent company.
The subsidiary's purpose is to hold/acquire a specific commercial property in Pune, obtained via demerger from EFC Limited.
