Ms. Nehal Hareshbhai Kothari resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Eforu Entertainment Ltd effective April 24, 2026.
The resignation was disclosed pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30 and Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155.
Ms. Kothari stated her reason for leaving was to pursue opportunities outside the organization.
Her resignation was formally accepted by the company's Whole-Time Director, Mokshaben Ravjibhai Patel.
