Eicher Motors AGM Approves Director Reappointment and Executive Appointment

Key Resolutions Approved

Shareholders approved two key resolutions at the 44th Annual General Meeting:

1. Re-appointment of Mr. Siddhartha Vikram Lal (DIN: 00037645) as a Director of the Company. Mr. Lal had retired by rotation.

2. Appointment of Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal (DIN: 00038906) as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Company in the capacity of Executive Director. The appointment is for a period of 3 years with effect from May 21, 2026. This appointment was previously disclosed by the Company on May 21, 2026.

Voting and Announcement

The voting results were announced by the Company on August 20, 2026. Brief profiles of both directors and other requisite details form part of the Notice of the 44th Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report of the Company, which were filed with stock exchanges on July 25, 2026. Director Eligibility

Both Mr. Siddhartha Vikram Lal and Mr. Vinod Kumar Aggarwal are confirmed to:

• Not be debarred from holding the office of Director by any order passed by SEBI or any other authority
• Not be related to any of the other Directors of the Company
