EID Parry Reappoints T Krishnakumar as Independent Director

E.I.D. - Parry announced results of a postal ballot for the re-appointment of Mr. T Krishnakumar as an Independent Director.
The special resolution was passed with 99.82% votes in favor from shareholders participating in the remote e-voting process.
The re-appointment is for a second term of five consecutive years, effective from May 6, 2026, to May 5, 2031.
The results were scrutinized by R. Sridharan & Associates and filed with NSE and BSE pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 44(3).
