E.I.D. - Parry (India) Limited has received an intimation dated November 2, 2026, from KFin Technologies Limited, the Company's Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), regarding the relocation of its Corporate Office effective December 1, 2026.

The existing Corporate Office address of KFin Technologies Limited is:

Selenium Building, Tower B, Plot Nos. 31 & 32, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad - 500032.

The new Corporate Office address effective December 1, 2026, will be:

6th, 23rd, 24th and 25th Floors, South Tower, Rajapushpa West Avenue, Survey No. 115, Kokapet, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana - 500075.

All correspondence, communications, notices, and documents to be sent to the RTA must be directed to the new address with effect from December 1, 2026.
