Eiko LifeSciences Limited disclosed the conversion of warrants into equity shares through a preferential allotment approved by the Board of Directors via circular resolution on 16th October, 2026.

The company allotted 1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) equity shares at an issue price of ₹55 per share (including a premium of ₹45 each) upon conversion of an equivalent number of warrants. The allotment was made to Lenus Finvest Private Limited, a promoter entity.

  • Balance payment: 75% of issue price (₹41.25 per warrant) at time of conversion

No warrants remain pending for conversion by Lenus Finvest Private Limited. However, the disclosure notes that total warrants remaining pending for conversion across all allottees is 24,95,000.
