Ekam Leasing Appoints Ms. Diksha as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

Ekam Leasing and Finance Co. Ltd. has appointed Ms. Diksha as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective 6 April 2026.
The appointment was made by the Board of Directors on 6 April 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Ms. Diksha, a qualified company secretary (ICSI no. ACS-51676), will take on the role on a full-time basis.
