Elan Group announced construction start of its ultra‑luxury residential project “Elan The Statement” in Sector 49, Gurugram.
The project spans ~6 acres with five towers, planned investment of roughly Rs 1,600 crore and super‑area units from 4,285 sq ft to 7,270 sq ft.
Tata Projects secured an Rs 840 crore construction contract, with design by Benoy (UK) and landscaping by SWA Group (USA).
Chairman Rakesh Kapoor and Tata Projects EVP Barun Pal Chowdhury highlighted the focus on design excellence, engineering strength, and timely delivery.
