Elecon Engineering Incorporates Mexico Step-Down Subsidiary

Elecon Engineering's wholly owned subsidiary Elecon Singapore Pte. Ltd. has incorporated Grupo Radicon SA de CV in Mexico.
The new entity, incorporated on 8th January 2026, will handle sales, marketing, and servicing of industrial engineering products in Mexico and Latin America.
Subscribed capital of the new step-down subsidiary is MXN 100,000, with 99.999% held by Elecon Singapore Pte. Ltd.
