His responsibilities included ensuring fair and transparent voting process and submitting consolidated report on voting results.
The scrutinizer confirmed that the voting process was conducted properly and all resolutions passed with requisite majority. Votes cast in both e-voting and poll by the same shareholders were considered invalid, with only e-voting votes being counted.
