The Company will carry out a planned shutdown of its MBF Production Facility at Khardah Works Unit and Main Plant. The shutdown period is from 14 June, 2026, for approximately 10 days. The purpose of the shutdown is for maintenance work. This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
