Elitecon International Strengthens Governance with Eight Key Appointments
On 14 August 2026 the Board of Elitecon International Limited (BSE: 539533 | NSE: ELITECON | ISIN: INE669R01026) convened and approved eight senior‑level appointments, all effective from the same date. The appointments were made under the company’s ongoing governance‑strengthening roadmap announced in July 2026.
The Board added three Non‑Executive Independent Directors: Ms. Prachi Gupta (designated as a Woman Independent Director), Ms. Nisha, and Mr. Suraj Singh. An Executive Director position was filled by Mr. Paramjeet Singh Gulati. Mr. Pradeep Kumar, previously an Additional Executive Director, was elevated to Managing Director for a term of five years, scheduled to run until 13 August 2031, subject to shareholder approval as required by law.
In the senior management team, Ms. Purva Jhanwar was appointed Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel and designated as Compliance Officer pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. Mr. Kusha Charan Swain was appointed Chief Financial Officer and also classified as Key Managerial Personnel. The Board further appointed the firm M/s Neeraj Bajaj & Associates, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditor to fill a casual vacancy; the auditor will hold office until the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Commenting on the appointments, Managing Director Mr. Pradeep Kumar stated that the Board’s actions translate the July commitment to bring experienced independent directors and key managerial personnel onboard, thereby providing a stronger foundation for the company’s next phase of growth.
