1. Resignation of Secretarial Auditor
The Board approved the resignation of Mr. Awashesh Dixit, Practicing Company Secretary (Membership No. F10860, COP No. 15398), from the position of Secretarial Auditors of the Company. The resignation was submitted via letter dated 30th October, 2026, citing his inability to continue in the role. The cessation date and effective date of resignation is October 30, 2026. 2. Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
The Board appointed Mrs. Shraddha Bhatt Dave as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from October 30, 2026. This appointment follows the recent takeover of the Company by the present management and the resignation of the erstwhile CFO. The appointment was made on the recommendations of both the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mrs. Dave is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in financial governance, accounting, audit assurance, and regulatory compliance across multinational environments. Her expertise includes strengthening internal control frameworks, identifying financial irregularities, enhancing transparency in finance operations, managing statutory audits, GST and tax compliance, and cross-border financial reporting under Indian and US GAAP.
