Emami Limited entered a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire ~73.5% stake in associate Axiom Ayurveda Private Limited.
First tranche of 84,30,909 equity shares (~36.7% stake) acquired on 1st April 2026, making AAPL a subsidiary.
Remaining 84,30,909 equity shares to be acquired by June 2026 per SPA terms.
