The transaction includes performance-linked adjustments and an option to acquire the remaining stake within the next 4.5 years.
The acquisition strengthens Emami's BPC portfolio with Vedix's Ayurvedic and SkinKraft's dermatology-led personalized D2C brands.
The deal is disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations and is aimed at capturing growth in customized consumer solutions.
