Emami Limited signed a definitive agreement on April 1, 2026, to acquire the remaining ~73.5% stake in Axiom Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. for up to ₹200 crores.
The acquisition marks Emami's formal entry into the beverage sector; Axiom is expected to post ~₹180 crore topline in FY26.
The deal will be completed in phases over three months; Mr. Harkirat Bedi has been appointed as CEO of Axiom Ayurveda.
