Emami Ltd issued corporate guarantees totaling ₹177.63 crore for banking facilities of three subsidiaries.
The guarantees were provided to HDFC Bank, Ambala, for Axiom Foods, Axiom Packwell, and Axiom Ayurveda.

The transaction is at arm's length with no promoter group interest as per SEBI LODR disclosure.
