Embassy Developments completed the sale of 100% equity in its wholly-owned subsidiary Sepset Real Estate Limited to Pen India Private Limited on April 16, 2026.
The transaction was executed under a Share Purchase Agreement with all closing conditions satisfactorily fulfilled as per the April 12, 2026 intimation.
Sepset Real Estate Limited has ceased to be a subsidiary of Embassy Developments Limited effective from the completion date.
