Embassy Developments' committee approved a fresh grant of 272,935 Stock Options and 165,887 Performance Stock Units to eligible employees.
The grants are made under the SEBI-compliant Embassy ESOS 2025 scheme, with SOs priced at ₹111.51 and PSUs at ₹2 each.
SOs vest uniformly over 4 years, while PSU vesting and conversion are contingent on achieving prescribed performance milestones.
Vested options can be exercised within 5 years from vesting or 7 years from the grant date, whichever is earlier.
