Emcure Pharmaceuticals Board approves re-appointment of Dr. Mukund Gurjar as Whole-time Director for one year from August 28, 2026.
Board approves re-appointment of Mr. Satish Mehta as Managing Director for five years from April 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval.
