Emeritus, the global education company and part of Eruditus, announced that it has been honoured with three 2026 Brandon Hall Group HCM™ Excellence Awards — two Gold awards and one Bronze award—recognising its learning‑innovation programmes delivered in Saudi Arabia and Switzerland.

Awards and Recognitions

The two Gold awards were: (1) Best Use of Games or Simulations for Learning for the "Waed Journey: Leadership Fundamentals" programme, developed with The Academy for Developing Administrative Leaders (ADAL) in Saudi Arabia; and (2) Best Executive Development Program for "Leadership Reimagined: A Sustainable Tomorrow", also in partnership with ADAL. The Bronze award was Best Certification Program Driving Innovation via Business Case Excellence, granted for a 10‑week applied learning journey co‑created with Tetra Pak in Switzerland.

Program Metrics – Saudi Arabia

The "Waed Journey" programme comprises a five‑program leadership pathway built around four flagship simulations covering leadership fundamentals, self‑awareness, leading others and change leadership. It delivered 252 workshop hours, achieved 93 % attendance, recorded a 4.77 out of 5 satisfaction score, and produced an average 55 % increase in measured knowledge among participants.

The "Leadership Reimagined" executive experience spans five days and integrates sustainability, financial performance and digital transformation through live faculty teaching, immersive metaverse learning, real‑world business exposure and applied simulation, targeting middle‑to‑senior leaders.

Program Metrics – Switzerland

The Tetra Pak‑partnered certification programme runs for ten weeks, integrating strategic business‑case development, financial and risk evaluation, portfolio impact assessment and executive storytelling. It has delivered more than 280 hours of training and equipped over 150 mid‑to‑senior leaders across product, solution and portfolio management functions with executive‑ready business‑case skills.
