Emirates airline anticipates receiving its first Boeing 777X aircraft in May or June 2027, as stated by President Tim Clark at an industry conference in Berlin.
The expected delivery arrives 14 years after Emirates led the initial wave of orders for the GE‑powered 777X, a program that has experienced years of delays due to certification issues.
Clark emphasized that the 777X program is "in good shape" while acknowledging that further complications could still arise.
Emirates remains the world’s largest purchaser of wide‑body aircraft.
