Key Actions Approved

The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee (NRC Committee) of the Board, via Circular Resolution dated 16th July, 2026, approved two key items:

1. Allotment of Shares for Exercised Options: Approved allotment of 1,45,449 equity shares of ₹10 each under Employees Stock Option Plan 2007 and 2018 (ESOP Scheme-2007 and ESOP Scheme-2018) to employees who exercised their stock options.

2. Grant of New Stock Options: Approved grant of 5,15,000 stock options, convertible into 5,15,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, to eligible employees under ESOP Scheme-2007 and ESOP Scheme-2018.
