Emkay Global Allots 3.78 Lakh Shares via Warrant Conversion

Emkay Global Financial Services allots 378,300 equity shares to promoters Krishna Kumar Karwa and Prakash Kacholia upon warrant conversion.
The conversion received ₹6.80 crore as balance subscription at ₹179.625 per warrant, increasing paid-up capital to ₹26.72 crore.
Post-conversion, Karwa holds 4.15 lakh warrants pending conversion while Kacholia holds 6.50 lakh warrants outstanding.
The allotment was approved by the Management Committee on April 30, 2026, under SEBI ICDR Regulations compliance.
