Emmsons International intimates BSE of its board meeting on 14 May 2026 to approve Q4 and FY26 financial results.
The board will also appoint an internal auditor for FY 2026-27 based on the Audit Committee's recommendation.
The company's trading window has been closed since 1 April 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after results submission.
