The Board of Directors of Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited, at their meeting held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, approved and noted the following matters:
1. Appointment of New Compliance Officer
- Mr. Murugesh C (Membership No.: A21787) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
- The appointment is effective from September 22, 2026.
- He will discharge duties as per Listing Regulations, Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws.
2. Cessation of Previous Compliance Officer
- Mr. Nagaraj Shrinivas Ronad has ceased to be the Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
- This cessation is pursuant to the appointment of Mr. Murugesh C.
- Mr. Ronad will continue to serve as the Company Secretary of the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
