Emrock Corporation Appoints Parth Patel Whole Time Director

Emrock Corporation appointed Mr. Parth Tulsibhai Patel as Whole Time Director for five years effective May 12, 2026.
Appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing General Meeting and was recommended by the Nomination Committee.
Mr. Patel has experience in finance, strategic planning, accounting, and construction projects and is the brother of Managing Director Jatin Patel.
