Emrock Corporation's board approved the appointment of M/s. Rekha Sejpal & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26.
The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
The auditor is a peer-reviewed firm with expertise in corporate laws and SEBI regulations.
