Emrock Energy Private Limited, a 50.49%-owned subsidiary of Emrock Corporation, approved a new Bio-CNG project with estimated cost of ₹30-33 crores.
The project will produce 1600 tons of Bio CNG, 8652.80 tons of FOM, and 14732.80 tons of LFOM annually upon completion.
Project funding will come from new capital infusion and bank/financial institution assistance, with completion targeted by June 30, 2027.
This represents Emrock's strategic expansion into renewable energy sector through subsidiary development initiatives.
