Encode Packaging Appoints Aashima Dhingra as Company Secretary

Encode Packaging India Limited appointed Ms. Aashima Dhingra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective April 20, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
Ms. Dhingra is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a commerce graduate.
