Outgoing Officer: Mr. Sunil N. Lalai (Membership No.: A8078) stepped down from the position of Compliance Officer effective close of business hours on 15th November 2026. His resignation was part of the Company's planned succession process. He continues in his role as Company Secretary and Head – Legal of the Company.
Incoming Officer: Mr. Mandar Velankar was appointed as the Compliance Officer effective 16th November 2026, succeeding Mr. Lalai. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on 3rd November 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Profile of New Appointee: Mr. Mandar Velankar is a qualified Company Secretary with over 25 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, contract management, and stakeholder management. He joined Endurance Technologies Limited as Deputy Head – Company Secretary and Legal on 7th September 2026. His previous experience includes roles as Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited, and positions at Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited, Bajaj Holdings and Investment Limited, and Vodafone India Services Private Limited.
KMP Designation: Consequent to his appointment as Compliance Officer, Mr. Velankar is designated as a Key Managerial Personnel and Senior Management Personnel of the Company.
Authority: Mr. Velankar is authorized to determine the materiality of an event or information and to disseminate the same to the stock exchanges pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
