Endurance Technologies Limited has scheduled a meeting of its Board of Directors on Tuesday, 3rd November 2026. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending 30th September, 2026. The results will be presented in both standalone and consolidated formats.
In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (PIT Code), the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed from Thursday, 1st October 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, which is Thursday, 5th November 2026. Both the start and end dates are inclusive in this closure period.
The company has also informed all Designated Persons about this trading window closure as required under the PIT Code. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
