Engineers India Limited has announced that its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26 will be held on Friday, 18th September 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
In accordance with circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI, the Notice of the AGM along with the Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 will be sent by electronic mode only to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Depositories/R&TA.
The company has also fixed Thursday, 24th September 2026 as the 'Record Date' for determining the entitlement of members to receive the Final Dividend for FY 2025-26. This dividend payment is subject to approval by members at the aforementioned AGM.
