Engineers India Independent Directors Cease After Tenure

Two Non-official Independent Directors of Engineers India Limited ceased from the Board w.e.f. 28.03.2026 upon tenure completion.
Shri Deepak Mhaskey (DIN: 09396329) and Smt. Karuna Gopal Vartakavi (DIN: 05304803) completed their tenures as per Ministry directive.
The cessation follows Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas letter dated 28th March, 2025, disclosed under SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
