Enviro Infra Acquires 49% Stake in PRA Bihar Bess

Enviro Infra's subsidiary EIE Renewables acquired a 49% stake in PRA Bihar Bess Private Limited on April 21, 2026.
The target company is an SPV for a 37.5 MW / 150 MWh battery energy storage system project in Bihar.
The project involves a ₹150 crore capex and a signed power purchase agreement at ₹4.44 lakh/MW/month.
EIE Renewables will acquire the remaining 51% equity within 60 days of the project's commercial operation date.
