Suyog Urja is a renewable energy EPC company with ₹171.99 crore FY25 turnover and ₹645 crore order book.
Acquisition expands Enviro Infra's renewable portfolio into wind energy with over 500 MW of executed projects.
Former promoter Chetraj N. Khadka will remain with the company for 3 years to ensure operational continuity.
