EO South Asia Leadership Summit 2026‑27 – New Delhi

The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) South Asia convened its Leadership Summit (SALS) in New Delhi, bringing together more than 400 entrepreneurs and the leadership teams of 36 regional chapters. The summit, held over four days, was positioned as a platform to strengthen entrepreneurial leadership rather than a venue for fundraising, deal‑making, or sales.

Key participants included EO Global Chair Taunya Renson‑Martin, Global Chair‑Elect Anthony Ramirez, members of the EO Global Board, EO South Asia Regional Chair Uddhav Poddar, the Regional Council, Regional Experts, and board representatives from all 36 chapters. Prior to the formal opening, EO members across Delhi NCR hosted “Pre‑SALS Dine‑Arounds,” opening their homes for intimate conversations among regional leaders.

During the summit, attendees engaged in thirteen specialised leadership tracks designed to enhance every facet of chapter governance. A highlight was the Trifecta experience, facilitated by Sanjay Wadhwa, which convened Forum Chairs, Membership Chairs, and Member Engagement Chairs to foster cross‑functional collaboration. The event also featured awards and recognitions that honoured chapters and individual leaders for outstanding contributions to the member experience.

At the conclusion of the summit, EO South Asia unveiled its strategic priorities for the coming year: Inspiring Leadership, Healthy Growth, and Tenured Member Engagement, aligning with the broader objectives of EO Global. Both Taunya Renson‑Martin and Anthony Ramirez emphasized the organization’s impressive 99 % member retention rate, describing it as evidence of strong relationships and community value.

Uddhav Poddar reflected on the summit’s growth, noting that the 10th South Asia Leadership Summit has expanded from an initial gathering of 50‑100 members to a gathering of 400 leaders, making it the largest EO leadership summit outside of the Global Leadership Conference (GLC). He highlighted the past two years’ focus on strengthening chapters, investing in leadership development, and delivering added value to platinum members.

The press release concluded with calls to action for members to explore new ideas across neighboring chapters, pursue global leadership opportunities, and continue investing in mentorship, connections, and community‑building initiatives.
