EO South Asia Leadership Summit 2026-27 – New Delhi

On July 8, 2026, the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) South Asia hosted its 2026-27 Leadership Summit (SALS) in New Delhi. More than 400 entrepreneurs representing all 36 EO South Asia chapters attended, marking the largest regional EO gathering outside the Global Leadership Council (GLC).

The four‑day event began with pre‑summit “Dine‑Arounds” hosted by EO members across Delhi NCR, allowing participants to meet in intimate home settings before the formal program. During the summit, delegates engaged in thirteen specialized leadership tracks designed to strengthen chapter governance, member engagement, and growth strategies. A highlight was the “Trifecta” experience, facilitated by Sanjay Wadhwa, which brought together Forum Chairs, Membership Chairs, and Member Engagement Chairs for collaborative problem‑solving.

Awards and recognitions were presented to chapters and individual leaders whose contributions elevated the member experience across the region. In the closing session, EO South Asia announced its strategic priorities for the coming year: Inspiring Leadership, Healthy Growth, and Tenured Member Engagement, each aligned with EO Global’s overarching objectives.

The summit underscored EO South Asia’s impressive 99% member retention rate, a metric the organization attributes to strong interpersonal relationships, consistent community support, and high‑value member experiences. EO Global Chair Taunya Renson‑Martin emphasized that this retention reflects the depth of connections among members and their families, providing confidence to pursue larger, region‑wide initiatives. Global Chair‑Elect Anthony Ramirez echoed the sentiment, noting the energy of nearly 400 leaders and the potential of the next generation of entrepreneurs in South Asia. Regional Chair Uddhav Poddar highlighted the growth from an initial gathering of 50‑100 members to the current 400‑person summit, describing it as the largest EO leadership event in the region.

The summit concluded with a call for participants to apply the insights and action plans gained, to explore cross‑chapter collaborations, and to seize global leadership opportunities, thereby strengthening both South Asian and global EO ecosystems.
