The 7th Annual General Meeting of EPACK Durable Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 12:00 Noon (IST)
The AGM will be conducted through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility
The meeting is being conducted in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and relevant MCA circulars

Electronic copies of the Notice convening the 7th AGM along with Annual Report for FY 2025-26 were sent via email to all members with registered email addresses
Physical communication containing web links was sent to members whose email addresses were not registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent/Depositories/Depository Participants as of Friday, August 14, 2026 (Record Date)
Members are encouraged to register and keep their email IDs updated with their respective Depository Participants/Registrar and Transfer Agent
Members holding shares in dematerialized form should contact their respective DPs, while physical shareholders should approach the Company's RTA for email registration
