EPACK Durable Appoints CS, Re-appoints MD, Updates Management

EPACK Durable appointed Ms. Esha Gupta as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 20, 2026.
The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ajay DD Singhania as Managing Director for five years from November 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Shailendra Kumar was reclassified out of Senior Management due to an organizational restructuring but remains in his sales role.
M/s Cheena & Associates were re-appointed as Cost Auditors for FY2026-27, with remuneration subject to AGM ratification.
