Annual General Meeting Details
The 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of EPACK Prefab Technologies Limited will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
