The company's paid-up capital increased to ₹20.13 crore divided into 10.06 crore shares of ₹2 each.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee via circular resolution on May 07, 2026.
The shares rank pari-passu with existing equity and carry an exercise price of ₹150 per share.
