EPACK PREFAB TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED has made a regulatory disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on August 1, 2026, considered and approved the expansion in Data Centre business solutions. As part of this expansion, the Board approved the formation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary company to be incorporated under the name EPACK Data Center Solutions Private Limited.
The Board also provided in-principle approval for an initial investment of up to Rs 75 crores in EPACK Data Center Solutions Private Limited. This investment amount is based on present estimates.
The expected benefits of this subsidiary include providing solutions to the Data Centre business, revenue generation, strategic positioning as a Strategic Partner in the Data Centre space, and strong financial returns.
This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
