EPACK Prefab ESOP Allotment 1.63 Lakh Shares

EPACK Prefab Technologies allotted 1,63,294 equity shares on March 31, 2026 under its ESOP Scheme 2024.
Post-allotment paid-up capital increased to Rs. 20,12,30,582 comprising 10,06,15,291 equity shares of Rs. 2 face value.
Shares were allotted at an exercise price of Rs. 150 per share (premium Rs. 148), with no lock-in applicable.
Both NSE and BSE had granted in-principle approval for the ESOP shares in March 2026.
